Security and Storage
For online orders, only your billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted before it is transmitted over a web server.
You have the right to inspect the products at the time and place of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please contact Flopak’s customer service department within 5 business days from receipt of the goods. No credit or returns will be accepted without Flopak’s prior authorization. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is paid by the customer.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and take all measures to protect your personal information.
Orders are processed in a timely manner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
